Over 500 local veterans and their families attended Santa Barbara County's fourth annual Veteran Stand Down, which connects homeless and unemployed veterans with an array of services in one location. Services were offered by about 100 private and public agencies including DSS, aided by about 300 volunteers and 150 active-duty military personnel. Read all about it on our public website here.
