New look for CalFresh Intranet page

The revised page is easier to use, and links to a sub-page of Outreach resources.

We have revised the CalFresh intranet page so it's easier to use and offers more resources.

• We've consolidated your resources alphabetically under the CalFresh Resources heading (eliminating the Other Helpful Resources heading). Beneath that heading, a new link for CalFresh Outreach directs staff to a great list of outreach flyers, brochures and other resources.
• Desk Guides are now under their own heading.
• There are now two links under CalFresh Charts, one for the current year and one for previous years.
