Today a client with an emergency medical need was able to receive the care and medicine they needed, thanks to Rachelle Schaller and Julie Budzisz. The client was very complimentary of Rachelle's care and competence in helping to the resolve the issue. And Julie went above and beyond to help the client, without hesitation, negotiating and advocating for him with the pharmacy. Thank you to Rachelle and Julie for being a blessing to this person in need. I am proud to call you my colleagues.
