Dario, I am taking a moment on behalf of my supervisory team and myself to thank and praise you for your excellence in supporting our programs.
I had my monthly DC/Sups meeting last week and as we often do, we like to discuss and recognize the work of those in our office who go above and beyond and your name was brought up as one of those employees we wanted to praise and give kudos to (“terrific” was a word used to describe you). I was told that you are always responsive to questions from the line and even when it will take you some time to further research a response, you politely respond with at least an acknowledgement that you received the question from us and that you need some additional time to respond. This demonstrates not only your strong desire to be responsive and helpful, but it also sends the message that you care and want to help us find a resolution as quickly as possible.
We recognize the heavy workload you have, juggling multiple assignments and tending to the many questions and policy updates on your plate, yet you manage and approach your job with a strong customer focus and deliver quality results time and time again. Please know that we truly recognize your efforts and dedication and praise you for doing an outstanding job in supporting us and our staff so that we can in turn assist the many clients we serve. Kudos for a continued job well done!
