Cynthia attended Allan Hancock College in Santa Maria and then transferred to Colorado Christian University in Lakewood, Colorado where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. In 2008, Cynthia obtained her Master’s degree in Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy from Chapman University.
In June of 2016, Cynthia began working for Santa Barbara County Child Welfare Services as a Social Services Practitioner and was placed in the Assessment & Investigations Unit before being transferred to the Court Unit in June 2017.
Prior to coming to Santa Barbara County Child Welfare Services, Cynthia worked at Pacific Pride Foundation as the Clinical Programs Coordinator for eight years, and supervised several programs and employees countywide.
