I love to acknowledge great work, so I wanted to share some words of gratitude. I had the opportunity to speak with Ms. Newell, and her warm and kind service was wonderful. I know the work you do is not always easy and sometimes it’s not good news. But Ms. Newell’s approach was wonderful. I even got to share some information she could share with others who are not eligible to Medi-Cal. She was very open to it. So you see, we all help each other. She is such a great person.
