Vicky, I received a voice message from a client to express her
gratitude to you for treating her with respect and being so wonderful! She was very
happy about how she was treated. as she had so many questions. She commended you
for being so knowledgeable and for providing her with phone numbers of resources
in our area that can provide additional assistance. She asked that we
recognize you for your excellent work and know what a great employee we have!
Wow! Thank you Vicky for providing great customer service to our clients and modeling the way as a mentor for our new EW I’s in the ST50 Transitional Unit.
