I received a call from a client who spoke with Charity Munoz and I wanted to pass on the message.
The client was very grateful and happy with the treatment she received from Charity. The client stated that Charity is a very special person and brings light and brightness. She said that Charity took the time to explain the program to her and had so much patience and knowledge. The client wanted to especially point out that it was Friday at the end of the workday, but the treatment she received was like it was first thing Monday morning after Charity had come back from being on vacation. Charity was so relaxed and helpful that it helped the client de-stress and made her day better.
The client wanted to make sure that Charity and all supervisors and managers are aware of how lucky we are to have her.
