Just wanted to give kudos to Dolores Cabatan and Brenda Reyes on a challenging CalWORKs case. Without getting into all the complicated details, this case was a nightmare of administrative complexity and they have done a great job in completing what is needed on it. Both Dolores and Brenda have been great in responding and quickly taking the actions as requested on this case. They were very responsive on an ugly case and while I have told them directly, I wanted to share my appreciation here too.
