Getting Help with CalSAWS WBTs

Today, we are excited to go live with CalSAWS Web-Based Trainings!

Before logging in, we recommend you review some informational resources:

• See this video published by CalSAWS provides an LMS overview.
• Review this LMS Guide for General Training. 

To log in, visit https://lms-ca.calsaws.net to begin your training process. Some hints:

• It is recommended you manually type the address into your browser, as there could be server issues if you copy and paste.
• We find the Chrome and Edge browsers seem to work best for these WBTs.

If you experience problems, here's what to do and who to contact.

• First: look over the LMS Guide for General Training. It shows some troubleshooting tips that could help solve your issue. 
  
• Second: If the guide does not help, please reach out to DSS SPOT. Staff Development is spearheading the effort to troubleshoot and will triage appropriately. Contact them on the DSS SPOT email for issues such as: required WBTs not loading; issues with WBT training courses; CalSAWS LMS issues. Please give details about the problem you are experiencing. Please CC your supervisor to ensure they are aware of any issues you may be running into.
  
• What if you have a general question about CalSAWS features or functionality? Those should still go to DSS DG HeyCalSAWS.
