Hi Viri. I got a phone call today from a client who wanted me to know how amazing you have been. She let me know that you did everything in your power to ensure that she and her husband received the correct benefits. She was extremely stressed because he had an upcoming surgery, but you made sure things were in order and you even followed up with a call to confirm. She said that you know how to treat people and you know how to not make people feel bad for being on services. She also said that not all superheroes wear capes! She was so grateful to you for all your patience and help, and she wanted to make sure I knew. Thank you for all you do!
