This year, we have
made significant strides in bolstering our workforce. In addition to the 16 new
hires, we have already welcomed 61 new Eligibility Workers. Our commitment to
reducing the workload for our current staff continues, with at least two more training
classes scheduled for this year.
We are thrilled to
have such a dynamic group of new Eligibility Workers joining us. Their support
will be invaluable in helping us maintain our high standards of service and
efficiency. Together, we are moving towards a brighter and more productive
future.
