It was a great pleasure to have been assisted by Ms. Ashley today. [Client] has had a lot of contact with DSS and BSC EW’s here in Santa Barbra County, but with Ms. Ashley it was the most pleasant experience she ever had! Ms. Ashley was eager to make things easier for her. She assisted her in submitting her SAR7 which as not something she was requesting. She was grateful her day started in such a pleasant and helpful way.
