Ms. Wood is a very nice lady who was conscientious when she was speaking with a Senior who understands things a bit slower. She was patient and kind with me. I had tried several times to get a hold of someone and had a very hard time with the automated system. The info I have had for a very long time didn’t match with the system info. I finally got the option for a call back and the lovely Ms. Wood called me back! She was so kind and patient. She listened to me. I appreciated speaking to someone kind. I want to give her a bunch of roses or a cup of coffee today. She deserves it, so please give her some praises today!
