I wanted to express how helpful Ms. Vanessa Gonzales was during our phone conversation this afternoon. She was patient and thorough, and called me back when she said she would. I appreciate all of her effort! Ms. Gonzales even helped clarify a misunderstanding from a previous call, which was very helpful. Thank you.
