A new year is a fresh beginning. Each staff member in Lompoc was invited to pause, reflect and set an intention they would like to focus on for the year ahead. It can be personal, professional, or focused on health and wellness. These intentions were written on green leaves and placed on one of the tree's branches as physical representations, in order to create a shared vision and supportive environment to help one another grow.
