Kudos to Laura Chavez for her assistance on phones, yesterday, January 6, 2026. We were short-staffed on phones, and due to low staffing levels, we did not have resources to shift to phones. Laura managed to take 93 phone calls out to 223 received. To put things in perspective, she took more than double the calls taken by her peers. Way to step it up, Laura!
