I am very appreciative of the efforts our BSC staff take
every day to represent our department well by providing great customer service
and addressing a multitude of needs. Our staff work really well as a team
and prove every day that they have each others’ backs. For example, EW
Lori Newell took the time to pass along kudos from a client to another BSC
EW. Lori was assisting the client with her needs when the client shard
that her previous experience with EW Lucia Ruiz was positive, that she appreciated
how Lucia handled her concerns and that she was “wonderful”. Kudos to
both of these EWs for exemplifying excellence in their work with clients and as
BSC team members. Well done.
