[The client] said how impressed he is with how Santa Barbara County runs the Medi-Cal program and how we assist clients. He stated that every person he has spoken to in the last two months has been very helpful and patient with him and followed through on what they said they would do, going above and beyond to assist him. He has spoken primarily with Mara Valencia, and also with Alexandra Ceron. [The client] said that he has lived in other states and counties, but the level of service in Santa Barbara County exceeds what he has experienced anywhere else.
