The Encouraging the Heart Committee organized a WRC Halloween Costume Contest that included a dessert potluck and prizes donated by the ETH committee for the top two individual costumes. The winners were Alice Razo as Cruella Deville from 101 Dalmatians, and Michele Lynch as Elmo--photos below (click to enlarge). A photo album with many more pictures of people in costume can be found here. Staff and WRC partners alike had a nice time. WRC Managers Frank Mejia, Luciano Santini from EDD, and Laura Mejia had the difficult challenge of judging the constumes. We thank our staff for showing their spirit and participating in the event!
