by Margie Cuellar, BSC Unit Supervisor
Hi Maria. I just wanted to let you know [the client] wanted to give you props on assisting her on her call today. She said she asked to speak to your supervisor because she wanted to make sure I knew how kind and patient you were with her. She also wanted me to know she received good service and told me you were awesome. She said she used to work in customer service and knows that usually the only time someone wants to speak to a supervisor or management it is not good, so she tries to make a point when she receives excellent service to ask to speak to a supervisor or management to give recognition to the person that helped her. Thank you Maria for being awesome!
