I received a transferred call from a client you helped today. She wanted to make sure I was aware of the excellent service you provided. She said you are excellent and you explained everything to her so well. She mentioned she has never had the need to be on any public assistance before, but due to some life crises she’s experienced, she had to reach out for help. It’s comforting for her to encounter compassionate employees who take time to guide clients through our process.
