Ilda, I received a call from the authorized rep for your client [name], her sister [name]. She wants you to know how grateful she is for your hard work. Her words exactly: “I know this doesn’t magically happen, I know someone had to work very hard to approve my sister’s case. Thank you very very much for your hard work getting my sister's Medi-Cal approved. That is a load off her shoulders.” The lady was in tears as she was telling me this.
