I received a call from [client] who wanted to express her appreciation for you and the great job that you are doing.
[Client] shared that she was at a point where she felt she would have a nervous breakdown because of the issues happening on her Medi-Cal and Covered California cases...but you were able to bring her back from that with your kindness, compassion, and extensive knowledge of the programs. You were very helpful with this difficult situation and made her feel confident that the issues would be resolved. She also stated that she could hear your compassion and love for helping people in your voice and manner and she was truly grateful.
