Amy, last week I received a voice mail message from [a client] who you interviewed and she couldn’t say enough positive things about her experience with you. She said the following about her interaction with you: “I wanted to let you know I met with Ms. Guerrero this morning and I was very much pleased with her. She was very much customer service oriented, very caring and understanding and very polite! I would have done a survey on her however she said you guys didn’t have one. She was very professional! Please tell her superior!” It is always wonderful to receive this kind of compliment for one of our staff and I wanted to acknowledge and thank you for representing our department so well!
