Julian Valdez is fair-minded, thinks of the big picture

It was a pleasure being on Patricia Gomez's AOP Interview panel with Julian Valdez. I want to give kudos to Julian: I really like that he was fair and thought about department needs and not just the individual unit. He shared very fair input with Patricia and me. He evaluated each candidate and really looked at best fit.
