We are now five months into the pandemic, and wanted to remind you and/or let you know about issues we still are working on and need your help and understanding.
Physical Distancing
We still need to be diligent about staying 6 feet apart from anyone without a mask. That being said we are still observing people in the lunch rooms and on the patios having lunch with co-workers and not being 6 feet apart. If this continues, we will be removing all tables and chairs from break rooms. Remember, during this pandemic, we are allowing employees to eat at their desks, just make sure to put a sign up so others know you are on break.
Masking
We still need everyone to be diligent in wearing their masks whenever they leave their workstation or office. You may not think you are within 6 feet of others but you may be walking down a hallway next to open cubicles where others work.
Site Visits
Your Executive and Management team spent many hours assessing, developing and prioritizing a list of adjustments that we want to make to our facilities/processes due to COVID-19. In the effort to work this list, you may see managers, facility staff and/or others walking around your area or building looking at our facilities to assess what is feasible and what is not. These efforts will probably go on for months.
