On behalf of Allan Hancock College, I would like to extend my sincere appreciation and heartfelt thanks to Esther Herrera and her team for bringing about a much needed change to the E82 Book Voucher. The new electronic voucher allows for an expeditious, safe and non-stigmatizing process for Allan Hancock College CalWORKs Students to obtain their books. Santa Barbara County DSS is among the first to implement such a process, and we look forward to continuing our collaboration as we seek better ways to serve our mutual clients.
