Wanted to share a very nice conversation that I just had with a client.
She called to speak to me regarding Claire and give praise to her, as she stated that Claire is an extraordinary human being! She stated that she has some learning disabilities that make processes like this difficult and frustrating for her, and in this process Claire was extremely patient with her, and she feels that Claire provided her accurate information and she was extremely pleased with the attention that she received. She also went on to give us all a hats off here for the job that we do and making our clients feel valuable.
