If you want to print & fold copies yourself right from your laser printer, you can! In your printer dialog box, under Size Options be sure to choose Actual Size (not Fit), under Orientation be sure to choose Landscape (not Portrait), and under Properties > Finishing (or wherever it is for your printer) be sure to check to box to print on both sides. Take the printed page and looking at page 1, fold it in half right to left down the middle of the page. Fold the left side in half left to right. Fold the right side under right to left. Done! The light gray lines are there to coach you where to fold. If you look at the paper from the edge it will resemble the letter M.
