Be sure to reference the Post Go Live Support Document for Levels of Support on the CalSAWS SharePoint Site.
You can email DSSHeyCalSAWS to report any issues. If you click the link at the bottom of any page on the CalSAWS SharePoint site, you will be directed to an email template (as shown below) to guide you in submitting the necessary details for us to research the issue/case. You will be asked to download; select Yes to proceed. If you elect not to use the link, that is okay as well, but be sure to include the requested details. Once an email is received, we will triage and forward to the appropriate SME for assistance

For security issues, Supervisors and Leads will have access to Virtual Help. Our internal Security Team will have a break-out room available to assist in real time with any issues rather than submitting an email to DSSHeyCalSAWS or HelpDesk (you also have that option if you prefer, but response time may be slower).
If you have a program question, you can continue to reach out to your Program DBS. For CalHEERS and MEDS, you can continue to outreach to the appropriate Inbox for assistance.
If you are unsure where to seek assistance, please utilize DSSHeyCalSAWS and we will get your email to the appropriate party.
Your leadership team will be meeting daily to discuss issues. We will be posting issues to the CalSAWS Issue Tracker located on the same CalSAWS SharePoint Site page (as shown below). There are known defects in CalSAWS and more will be discovered post-migration. As we get additional information, we will communicate it to you. You can also refer to the Go Live Document available on the SharePoint site for important details you need to know.
Lastly, I wanted to share there will be CalSAWS County Staff and CalSAWS Project Staff assisting our county with implementation support. This document shows pictures of the people assisting us in each office, so you can familiarize yourself with them.
