I am not sure if you can forward this email to the BSC worker and their supervisor who processed this urgent case for me, but I appreciate it so much. I got a personal phone call while I answered her call and I had to end the call with her before I could say thank you. The patient is currently in the OR getting her surgery and we both appreciate it so, so much. That worker is a rockstar.
