Roxana Nunez provides excellent service

Roxana, a client came into our WRC lobby to say THANK YOU for assisting her in July 2023. She stated that you were really helpful. She is currently getting a medication that keeps her alive, and if not for Medi-Cal she would not be able to afford her medication.  She was in tears and said you provided excellent customer service.  She said to tell you "May your life be full of blessings this upcoming year and thank you for what you did."
