I want to commend one of staff, SSI Advocate, Jose Ramirez, SSW for his exceptional dedication and advocacy on behalf of a vulnerable couple. By developing a special letter in Spanish, he ensured they could fully understand and utilize the necessary information to apply for services with the SSA. His efforts to bridge the language barrier demonstrate a remarkable commitment to inclusivity and support, going above and beyond to make a meaningful difference in their lives.
