Thank you for the excellent presentation you delivered to our community partners at the Family Service Agency (FSA) on August 27 regarding the upcoming HR1 changes. This presentation was requested by FSA, which demonstrates the trust and value they place in our partnership. As you heard during the session, they are a large organization that looks up to us, and your presentation will reach approximately 175 people, making a significant impact.
I was glad to give the opening remarks, but it was truly your presentation that conveyed the message. You came across as very helpful and approachable. I especially appreciate how you simplified the complex changes for better understanding and how you made yourselves available for Q&A during the session as well as afterward for ongoing support.
