I wanted to share and congratulate Ms. Vanessa for a job well done on a call back she completed yesterday. Her client wanted to make sure that I recognized what a great job she did in assisting him. These are the details below:
The client requested a call back due to an issue with his SAR7, that his report was never received. Vanessa did an awesome job in assisting him through the process. She asked him the required information to make report complete. The client understood what a tough job this is as he worked at a call center in the past for over 11 years. The client took the time to let me know that he feels Vanessa should be recognized, be given an award, or place this on her record. He wanted to make sure you knew he appreciated the work you did for him and took care of his immediate need.
