Hi Brenda. We were all busy today covering [a co-worker's] appointments and doing our regular appointments. The ongoing workers
were busy with renewal appointments. There was only one co-worker left in the unit when we
received the email for the Emergency Medi-Cal application. You stepped up and completed the application with the client. You are the most proactive
supervisor I have had during my career and I appreciate that quality about you. Kudos and thank you for
being proactive, helping the client and your team!!
